RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION N0. 316

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TO ALLOW USE OF AN EXISTING BUILDING AS A CHURCH.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, at its meeting held on July 5, 1978 recommended
approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow use of an existing building
as a church, as hereinafter set forth, by a unanimous vote, and the City
Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the Conditional Use Permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TtIE CITY OF CLERMONT
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TEAT:
SECTION 1:
That the application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow use as a church
of the existing building located on Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, City Block 44, commonly
known as 431 West I~ighway 50, be granted subject to the following conditions:
1) A parking layout be submitted for approval by city staff,
and if inadequate, submission of written permission assuring
adequate parking sp ace on adjacent lots;
2) That ingress and eg ress from State Road 50 be prohibited;
3) That all applicable regulations and ordinances be met;
4) That the use not be expanded except with a Conditional Use
Permit; and,
5) That all the above conditions be met prior to the issuance
of a Certificate of Occupancy.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, THIS 11th DAY OF JULY, A.D. 1978.
