RESOLUTIONS
No. 645
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A CHURCH
IN THE M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and zoning commission of the city of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held December 5, 1989,
recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow a
church in the M-1 Light Industrict District at the following
location:
LOCATION: 1705 Grand Highway
The City Council deems it advisable in the interest of the general
welfare of the city of Clermont, Lake County, Florida to grant the
Conditional Use Permit:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that:
SECTION 1.
The application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a church
in the M-1 Light Industrict District subject to the following
conditions:
1. If, at a future date, parking at this site proves inadequate,
the applicant understands and agrees that the City may require
additional parking or rescind this Conditional Use Permit.
2. No further expansion of the use or additions to this facility
shall be permitted except as approved by another Conditional Use
Permit.
3. This property may be used for church functions only. No other
business operation may be conducted from this facility.
4. A certificate of Occupancy must be obtained from the Lake County
Building Department prior to the applicant taking occupancy of the
building.
5. This permit shall expire six (6) months (June 6, 1990) from the
date the Conditional Use Permit is granted.
6. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant
understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this
Conditional Use Permit by resolution.
