CITY OF CLERMONT
RESOLUTIONS
NO. 514
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ESTABLISHING FEES AS AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE AND ZONING
REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 502, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined by the City Council
of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that the following
fees shall be established and collected:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Any person requesting a Conditional Use Permit, except a Planned
Unit Development, shall file an application and pay a fee of
twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per acre or any part thereof, with
a maximum fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
Any person requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit
Development shall file an application and pay a fee of seventy-five
dollars ($75.00) per acre or any part thereof, with a maximum fee
of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
REZONING
Any person requesting an amendment or change to the district zoning
boundaries shall file a request and pay a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
VARIANCE
Any person requesting a variance to the zoning regulations shall file
a petition and pay a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
SITE PLAN REVIEW
Any person requesting site plan review shall submit plans and pay a
fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per acre or any part thereof, with
a maximum fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
Any person requesting an amendment or change to the Comprehensive Plan
or any element thereof, shall file a request and pay a fee of fifty
dollars ($50.00).
RESOLUTION REPEALED
Resolution No. 502 adopted August 13, 1985 is hereby repealed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE ABOVE SAID FEES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT ARE HEREBY ADOPTED AND BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
