RESOLUTIONS
NO . 50 4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, REQUESTING APPROVAL FROM THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND FOR A PROJECT
FOR THE RECLAMATION OF LAND
WHEREAS, it is found and determined by the City Council of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, that certain land adjacent
to the City Pavilion and Lake Minneola was lost due to evulsion; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to reclaim this land for the sole
purpose of protecting the foundation of a public building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that approval from the Board of
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the proposed
activity is requested and a request for waiver of all associated
fees submitted.
