CITY OF CLERMONT
RESOLUTIONS
NO. 611
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, CANCELLING A GARBAGE COLLECTION FRANCHISE WITH
DISPOSALL, INC..
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont under Miscellaneous Ordinance 190-M
granted a Garbage Collection Franchise to Disposal1, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, such Franchise Agreement stated certain conditions that
must be met by the Franchisee; and
WHEREAS, Disposa11, Inc. agreed to each and all of the conditions
set forth in the Franchise Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Disposall, Inc. has defaulted under the following Sections
of their Franchise Agreement: Section 7. Requirement for a General
Liability Insurance Policy, Section 8. Requirement for Surety Bond,
and Section 11. A Provision for Franchise Fee; and
WHEREAS, Section 13 provides for grounds of forfeiture of the Fran-
chise Agreement upon thirty days written notice from the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has issued the required notice,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
of Clermont, Lake County,
Franchise with Disposall,
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Florida, that the Garbage Collection
Inc. is hereby cancelled and revoked.
