R-88-584 · e CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTIONS No. 584 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW INASMUCH, INC. TO OPERATE A SHELTER HOME IN THE R-3 RESIDENTIAL/PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida at a meeting held June 7, 1988, recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a Shelter Home in the R-3 Residential District at the following location: City Block 49, Lots 17 and 19. The City Council deems it advisable in general welfare of the City of Clermont, grant the Conditional Use Permit; the interest of the Lake County, Florida to NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida that: SECTION ~ The application for a Conditional Use Permit INASMUCH, INC. to operate a Shelter Home in Residentail/Professional District subject to the conditions: to allow the R-3 following 1. The property must be developed in substantial accordance with an approved site plan. 2. If, at a future date, parking at this site proves inade- quate, the applicant understands and agrees that the City may require additional parking or rescind this Conditonal Use Permit. 3. No further expansion of the use or additions facility shall be permitted except as approved by Conditional Use Permit. to this another 4. All applicable rules and regulations shall be met, including final site plan approval, landscaping, drainage, parking and sign regulations, and all yard setbacks. All required landscaping must be served with a permanent irrigation system and must be properly maintained. The drainage and stormwater retention requirements of the appropriate regulatory agencies must be met, and approved by the City Engineer. These areas must be properly maintained. 5. This property may be used only as a SHELTER HOME. No other business operation may be conducted from this facility. This Conditional Use Permit is not transferable to any other business use, person or corporation. 6. The final Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued until each of the stated conditions has been met. 7. This permit shall expire if construction has not begun within one year of the date of this Conditional Use Permit. 8. If any of the stated conditions are violated, the applicant understands and agrees that the City Council may revoke this Conditional Use Permit by resolution. 1 e e CITY OF CLERMONT RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION NO. 584 9. No more than ten (10) children under the age of 18 will be permitted to occupy building along with one (1) foster parent couple. 10. No other use will be permitted to operate from the building other than a child abuse shelter. The building shall not serve as an extention for other related activities. 11. All necessary licenses from any federal, state, or local agency must be secured before an Occupational License can be issued.
