THIS AGREEMENT is made this February 21, 2020, by and between Clermont Arts & Recreation Center,
whose principal place of business is located at 3700 S Hwy 27, Clermont, FL 34711 and Smithwell Inc a
Clermont, FL business.
City of Clermont, as agent of the client, for the property known as Clermont Arts & Recreation Center ("The
Client") and the Client desires to have landscape and grounds maintenance services performed at the aforesaid
location by Smithwell Inc (the "Landscape Company").
TERM OF AGREEMENT: The term of this Agreement shall commence on March 1, 2020 and shall continue until
February 28, 2021 unless sooner terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
Scope of Work
Maintenance
Pathway Maintenance...
Will consist of bi-weekly service (26x) throughout the year and includes picking up all miscellaneous small
sticks/garbage, mowing pathways as needed, and spraying herbicide to keep them safe and clean. All
biodegradable debris removed from pathways (sticks, limbs, etc) will be tossed back into wooded areas.

Any materials, such as weed killer and chemicals, for the maintenance described above, will be supplied
by Smithwell Inc. and are included in the monthly price. Any additional materials needed, not mentioned
above, are subject to an additional charge. Parties will be notified before use of any additional materials.
Smithwell Inc. also offers sod, landscaping, nursery, hardscapes, and irrigation services if needed.
Smithwell Inc. is covered by both liability insurance and workers' comp. We also carry surety and
performance bonds and our employees hold a Limited Commercial Landscape License for chemical use.
