RESOLUTION N0. 557
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL BOAT LAUNCHING PASS
AND FEES FOR THE MUNICIPAL BOAT RAMP.
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont provides and maintains a municipal
boat ramp, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is in the best
interest of the City to charge a fee for the use of the boat ramp
to help defray the cost of operations and maintenance of the boat
ramp,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees be
established and collected:
1. Daily Launch Fee to be collected on weekends
and holidays from Memorial Day through Labor Day $ 2.00
PER BOAT
2. Annual Pass for unlimited launching
$20.00
PER BOAT
