WHEREAS, one JOHN REYNOLDS has petitioned the City Council
of the City of Clermont, Florida, to close a certain portion of
Parkway Street in Clerltmont, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has closely considered said petition
and has deemed it best for the Citizenry of Clermont to grant said
petition
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
1. The City Attorney prepare the proper ordinance closing
all that part of Parkway Street which lies between Lot 1 in Block
126 and Lot 11 in Block 126A, according to the Official Map of the
City of Clermont.
PROVIDED HOWEVER: That the City shall reserve an utility
easement 25' in width down the center of said closed street.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, held on January 28, 1969.
