AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CERRMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF TRACT 61, LAKE HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ALL ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 THROUGH 23 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM THE PRESENT R-l ZONING TO R-3 ZONING: ALSO, CHANGING
THE ZONING OF LOT 5, BLOCK F, LESS THE NORTH 167 FEET THEREOF, MORE OR LESS, BUT
INCLUDING THE WEST 60 FEET OF THE NORTH 167 FEET, MORE OR LESS, AND ALL OF LOT 6,
BBOCK F FROM THE PRESENT R-l ZONING TO R-3A ZONING, ALL ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL
MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 THROUGH 23 INCLUSIVE.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1.
That the zoning of Tract 61, Lake Highlands Subdivision in Section 18,
Township 22 South, Range 26 East, be and the same are hereby changed from the
present R-l to R-3 classification; also, the zoning of Lot 5, Block F, less the
North 167 feet, more or less, but including the West 60 feet of the North 167 feet,
more or less, and all of Lot 6, Block F, be and the same are hereby changed from
the present R-1 to R-3A classification, all according to the Official Map of the
City of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 through 23 inclusive, Public
Records of Lake County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the zoning map of the City of Clermont,
Florida, which is a part and parcel of the Zoning Ordinance referred to herein shall
be likewise modified to reflect the amendments as set forth herein.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law and shall
take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided by law.
First Reading this 13th day of June, 1972
Second reading this 27th day of June, 1972.
