AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AND DELIVER A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO C. WELBORN DANIEL CONVEYING CERTAIN
PORTION OF LANDS TO HIM IN EXCHANGE FOR OTHER LANDS ALL BEING WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1:
The Mayor of the City of Clermont, DONALD E. SMITH, and the Clerk
of the City of Clermont, DOLORES W. CARROLL, be and hereby are authorized
and directed to execute and deliver a quit claim deed to C. WELBORN
DANIEL of Clermont, Florida, conveying to him the following described
property according to the map of the City of Clermont, Florida, located
in Lake County, Florida, to-wit:
The North Six feet (6 ft) of the South ninety-three
feet (93 ft.) of Lot 19 and the East Twenty feet (20 fet.)
of the West Forty feet (40 ft';,) of the North Seventy
Eight feet (78 ft.) of the South ninety three feet
(93 ft.) of Lot 17, all in Block 80, Plat Book 8,
Page 17, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
Section 2:
If any article, section, clause or provision of this Ordinance
be deemed or held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction for
any reason or cause, the same shall not affect or invalidate the whole
of this Ordinance, nor any part thereof, other than that particular
provision deemed or held invalid.
Section 3:
All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in conflict herewith are
herby repealed.
Section 4:
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law
and shall take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided by
1 aw.
First readin9 this 12th day of January, 1971.
PASSED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS 26th BAY OF January, 1971.
