ADDENDUM TO THE JOUNT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE LAKE COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY AND THE
CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE CENTER LAKE STORMW A TER
RETROFIT PROJECT
THE AGREEMENT, entered into by and between the City of Clermont, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter called "CLERMONT", and
the Lake County Water Authority, hereinafter called "AUTHORITY" is herein
amended to extend the project funds administration date. Therefore, Paragraph 4
is amended to read as follows:
4. CONTRACT PERIOD. This agreement shall be effective
upon execution by all parties and shall remain in effect until May 31,
2003., unless terminated or extended in writing by mutual written
agreement of the parties.
This addendum, upon its execution by all parties, is herewith made an
integral part of the aforementioned Agreement and this addendUm shall supersede
the Agreement in the event of any conflicts.
