John Kruse, AICP Title: Title: Sr. Vice President/Principal Planning Manager Date: Date: '4 - a DoZD 6/29/2020 Attachments: Attachment A —Scope of Work Attachment B — Fee Schedule ATTACHMENT A SCOPE OF SERVICES Task 1— Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) Review Services Kimley-Horn will perform technical review(s) of traffic -related submittals as they are provided by the City up to the authorized labor fee. Kimley-Hom will review submittals with consideration of compliance with the latest City or Lake -Sumter Metropolitan Planning Organization (LSMPO) TlA guidelines, City of Clermont Land Development Code, and applicable industry procedures and best practices. Findings of technical review(s) will be documented by Kimley-Horn and provided to the City, and will include evaluation of the following TIA elements: • Study area • Background traffic volume growth assumptions • Project trip generation and trip distribution/assignment • Intersection/roadway capacity and operational performance (level of service, turn lane queue demands, etc.) • Driveway turn lane needs • Access management • Off -site mitigation strategies Services under this task may include the following items, upon request • Coordination with City staff or the project's applicant or consultants (with City copied) through email or teleconferences • Any traffic analysis/operational assessment by Kimley-Horn Task 2 — Meetings Kimley-Horn will attend public meetings/hearings and prepare exhibits to supplement staff presentations upon request and up to the authorized labor fee. Services under this task may include the following items, upon request • Preparation of meeting agendas, public presentations, and other exhibits • Public meeting or hearing presentations • Travel time and expenses Kimley-Horn will be available to perform tasks not included in the scope above as additional services. SCHEDULE Kimley-Horn will provide review comments for traffic -related submittals within two (2) weeks of receipt of materials. Other services will be provided as expeditiously as practicable with the goal of meeting a mutually agreed upon schedule. ATTACHMENT B FEE SCHEDULE Kimley-Hom will perform the services in Attachment —Scope of Services on a labor fee plus expense basis with the maximum labor fee shown below and will not exceed the maximum labor fee without authorization from the City. Labor fee will be billed on an hourly basis according to the rate schedule below and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Continuing Services and Agreementfor Traffic Transportation and Engineering Consultant Agreement dated April 15, 2020.
