Pursuant to your request, Farner, Barley & Associates, Inc. is pleased to present this proposal for surveying
services for the above:
Scope of Services:
Provide a Submerged Lands Boundary Survey (complying with 61G17 F.A.C. and SLER 0950) on (3) three
areas in the City of Clermont, which cover the Second Street fishing pier, the Jaycee Beach swim area and
swim pier, floating boat mooring dock, Fifth Street fishing pier, Eighth Street fishing pier and the West Beach
swim area and swim pier.

Also provide the linear footage of shoreline owned by the City of Clermont, which borders sovereign,
submerged lands.

If this proposal letter is in accordance with your understanding of our agreement, we have included an
acceptance block below. To expedite notice to proceed, an authorized agent of the Firm accepting
