Freddy,
Our contract is the one that fills out the change order form. I'm not sure where they are getting them from but I will ask
them to use the new form.
In regards to Veterans Park. This change was initiated by Mr. Kinzler and is appropriate as we needed to create an ADA
compliant pathway to connect the promenade from the streetscape.
If you are the one that will be executing the future change orders I would like to invite you to our bi-weekly progress
meetings so you be aware of the changes that are occurring.
I'll forward the meeting invites so you can put them on your calendar.
Please execute the change order so we can keep the project moving along.

Hello James,
You are using an outdated form for change orders. Please use the one attached or you may also obtain it from
the Purchasing Collective folder.
Under the new policy, a C/O to a construction contract may not exceed $100,000 or 10% of the original
contract amount as long as the C/O is within the overall scope of the project. Being that the change order is for
an increase of $63,108 it falls within the threshold. However, how does the redesign of Veterans Park fall
within the scope of West Ave. and W. Osceola streetscape scope of work?
Attached is a copy of the bid with the scope of work that was used to award the contractor.
