Dear Mr, VanZile:
Pursuant to our discussions, this letter serves as an Addendum to our existing contract dated
December 9, 1996 with respect to scope of service and compensation modifications,
The Additional Services requested by the City, pursuant to Item 9 of our Agreement dated
December 9, 1996, per this Addendum, consist of developing new and modifying existing
equivalency criteria and ordinance/code schedules not provided for in the original impact fee
methodology, Cost for such Additional Services shall be Two Thousand, Five Hundred Thirty-
One Dollars and 50/100 ($2,531,50) including reimbursable expenses,
Acceptance of this Addendum may be indicated by the signature of a duly authorized official of
the City of Clermont in the space provided below.
