Provide necessary supervision and guidance for projects which require a permit which require technical assistance to complete the proj~ct. , Immediately notify Corrections in the event of an escape while the inmate is under supervision of the Agency, Report any' inappropriate behavior displayed by inmates or any inmate who fails to pertorm his tasks in an acceptable manner. Record daily the number of hours worked by inmates using forms provided by Corrections and submit the form on a weekly basis to Corrections. Report all inmate injuries. regardless of how minor in nature. to corrections as soon as possible, Medically related complaints made ëy an inmate shall be reported to corrections as soon as practical. In cases of emergency. first aid. within the scope of the' supervisor's medical training. shall be provided. request emergency health care assistance, aha assistance 'rendered to corrections. . , . 9. . Agency' hereby ~grees to be liable for. and shall indemnify. defend and hold Corrections harmless from all claims, suits. judgments or damages including court costs and attorney's fees arising out of intentional acts, negligence or omissions by the Agency in its supervision of inmates pursuant to this Agreement.
