AGREEMENT
MJ Altman Companies, Inc., will provide its OnLine utility Exchange
to The city of Clermont. Florida on the following basis:
1.
MJA will install i1l Verifone for a unit price of $275.00.
2.
MJA will train the appropriate personnel in the proper usage
of the Verifone.
3.
MJA will charge a per inquiry fee of
payment to be made monthly.

Invoice and
4.
The City of Clermont will place 100% of its delinquent
accounts with MJA for collection on a monthly basis.
. Collection fees to be 35% non-legal and 40% legal.
This Agreement shall remain in force until and unless either party
provides (90) days written notice of termination.
This Agreement is made this
