AGREEMENT
This Agreement, by and between OSCEOLA FINANCIAL
CORPORATION, (OSCEOLA), a Nevada corporation and the CITY OF
CLERMONT, a Florida municipal corporation, (CITY), entered into

day of 11-"T?'o..ú¡'K~ , 1996.
WHEREAS, OSCEOLA is proposing to relocate a 6" water main
within the right-of-way in front of real property owned by
OSCEOLA in the City of Clermont, and
WHEREAS, CITY is desirous of having the 6" water main
enlarged and expanded.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
contained herein together with other good and valuable
consideration, the parties agree as follows:
1.
OSCEOLA agrees to have its contractor enlarge the 6"
water main to a 12" water main and to extend the water main as
shown on the plans and specifications prepared by Springstead &
Associates.
2.
CITY agrees to pay the additional cost of materials over
and above the cost OSCEOLA would pay for the 6" line which is
required to be relocated as shown on plans.
CITY also will pay
all the costs of materials and the cost of labor associated with
extending the line from the South side of Highway 50 to the North
side of Highway 50 as shown on the above-described plans and
specifications.
The City Engineer will provide plans to
OSCEOLA'S engineer for the extension across S.R. 50.

engineering costs for inclusion in OSCEOLA'S construction plans

shall be paid by city.
Estimated cost of engineering fee must be
provided prior to execution of this agreement.
3.
Payment of CITY'S share of construction costs shall be
made within 10 days of completion of the project and acceptance
by the CITY.
4.
Costs for the above-described work to be paid for by
CITY must be submitted to CITY for approval before starting work.
5.
