FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT is made this A day of &4*ja� 2021
between the City of Clermont, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Florida
(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY") and Levey Consulting, LLC, whose address is PO
Box 560156-0156, Orlando, Florida 32856-0156 (hereinafter referred to as
"CONSULTANT") and is to that certain agreement dated the 8th day of
October, 2019, hereinafter the Agreement. The parties, in exchange for the mutual
covenants contained herein and, in the Agreement, agree as follows:
WHEREAS, the Agreement provided an initial scope of services to be performed by
Consultant over a period of two years; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement includes an expiration date of October 31, 2020 which is
inconsistent with the two-year scope of services;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend and clarify the Agreement to provide that the
term of the Agreement is for a total of two years.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants, representations and
agreements herein contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. This Amendment expressly modifies and clarifies the Agreement and in the event of a
conflict, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. The term of the Agreement is hereby clarified to be for two (2) years and the
expiration date shall be October 31, 2021, unless terminated as otherwise provided in the
Agreement.
3. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this
agreement for the purposes herein expressed on the date first above written.
