Contract 2022-051AFIRST AMENDMENT TO INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CLERMONT;
THE CITY OF GROVELAND; THE CITY OF MINNEOLA,
AND SUNSHINE WATER SERVICES COMPANY (f/k/a UTILITIES, INC. OF
FLORIDA)
FOR REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY PLANNING AND STRATEGIES
(ADDING CITY OF MASCOTTE AS PARTY)
This Amendment is to that certain Interlocal Agreement dated February 28, 2020, (the
Agreement) between the CITY OF CLERMONT, THE CITY OF GROVELAND, THE CITY OF
MINNEOLA and SUNSHINE WATER SERVICES COMPANY (f/k/a UTILITIES, INC. OF
FLORIDA). The parties, in exchange for the mutual covenants contained herein and, in the
Agreement, agree as follows:
1. This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement and in the event of a conflict, the
terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. The Agreement is hereby amended to include the City of Mascotte, Florida as
a full party thereto with all rights, entitlements and obligations contained therein.
3. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.
4. This Amendment shall take effect as of the last date of formal execution by the
parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this Addendum for
the purposes herein expressed on the dates set forth below.
