FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
WATERFRONT PARK FOOD CONCESSION SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into as of this 27th day of May 2022
and is to that certain Agreement No. 201-09 dated February 27, 2019, hereinafter "the Agreement",
by and between the CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation under the laws
of the State of Florida whose address is: 685 W. Montrose Street, Clermont, Florida, hereinafter
referred to as "CITY" and MISTER SOFTEE STRONG OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, LLC., whose
address is: 15360 County Road 565A, Suite C, Groveland, FL hereinafter referred to as "MISTER
SOFTEE". The parties, in exchange for the mutual covenants contained herein and in the
Agreement, agree as follows:
1. This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement and in the event of a conflict,
the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. The Scope of Services and Compensation Schedule referred to and incorporated
into the Agreement is hereby amended to include the addition of a food truck as more particularly
described in Attachment "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
3. Operations start date will be May 28, 2022.
4. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment as of the
dates set forth below.

Belly's Soul Food Kitchen Operations Plan
Proposal
Belly's Soul food Kitchen staff members will operate using normal procedures. The mini and surrounding
areas will be kept clean. in addition to the non-refundable annual hermit fee of $420 the city has chosen to
waive for 2022. Belly's will pay the City of Clermont beginning June 2022 a monthly fee of $220.
Marketing Plan:
Our focus will be to serve our customers the very best in Soul Food Cooking, also we will utilize our
contacts and followers of our social media groups a d the City of Clermont local Residential contacts to
promote our business.

Hours of Operations
We will staff our Concessions truck beginning June 11th , 2022 thru February 28, 2023 on Friday and
Saturday from 11:am to 5:pm and Sundays from 12noon to 5:00pm. We reserve the right to close our
concessions ❑peration in the event of in -climate weather situations. Every effort will be made to cover our
normal concessions hours. But, at times our ongoing event schedule may prohibit us from opening. In those
situations, we will give advance notice to the Parks and Recreations Department.
We have include a menu of our food items. If we see that there is a demand for food items, we will explore
their offerings.
