Dear Mr. Saunders,
Arrowhead Associates, Ltd. will construct a 2000 foot long off site water line from its
entrance towards Highway 50 to provide a second source of water to the on site water
supply of Arrowhead subdivIsion, The off site water line is to be completed by
Arrowhead Associates, Ltd, by the time the plat of lot 123 is beIng recorded.
Any oversizing of the off site water line required by the City of Clermont will be paid by
the city upon completion by Arrowhead
In consideration of the above, Arrowhead Associates agrees to annex Arrowhead
subdivision into the City of Clermont once the city limits adjoins the property.
