THE CITY OF CLERMONT
RELATING TO
882 DESOTO STREET, CLERMONT, FL
This is a First Amendment to the Lease Agreement approved by
the Lake County Board of County Commissioners on January 17, 1995,
and entered into between:
Lake County, a political subdivision of
the
State of
Florida,
its
successors and assigns,
hereinafter
referred to as IICOUNTYII, through its Board of County Commissioners i
and
The City of Clermont, its successors and assigns, hereinafter
referred to as IILANDLORD".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, COUNTY and LANDLORD entered into a Lease Agreement
relating to the
lease of real property at
882
DeSoto Street,
Clermont.
WHEREAS,
LANDLORD and COUNTY wish to amend the original
agreement
in
order
to
amend
the
insurance
requirements
for
II PREMISES II .
NOW
THEREFORE,
IN
CONSIDERATION
of
the
mutual
terms,
understandings,
conditions,
promises,
covenants,
and
payments
hereinafter set forth, and COUNTY and LANDLORD agree as follows:
Section 1.
Recitals.
The above recitals are true and
correct and incorporated herein.

Section 2.
Section 18 of the Agreement is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 18.
Insurance.
LANDLORD
shall
maintain
insurance on the PREMISES covering any loss resulting from
damage to the building not attributable to COUNTY.
Section 3.
Other
Conditions
To
Remain.
All
other
conditions of the said Lease Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed
this Agreement on the respective dates under each signature:
