INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont wishes to participate in the
State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program (SHIP) under Lake
County; and
WHEREAS, Lake County wishes to use its SHIP Program
throughout the County including the City of Clermont; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont wishes to stay informed of the
progress of Lake County's SHIP Program;
NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1.
Lake County hereby appoints a representative of the City of
Clermont to serve as an ex officio member of the Lake County
Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.
2.
This person shall be designated by the City of Clermont.
3.
Clermont's designee shall be entitled to notice and an
opportunity to attend all meetings of said Advisory Committee
but shall serve solely as a liaison so that the City can be
more knowledgeable of the progress of the County's program.
