NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and
conditions herein stated, the parties agree that in the event of
the need for maintenance and repair of the drainage utility lines
located within the EDGEWOOD OAKS SUBDIVISION, "EDGEWOOD" shall
pay the expense of excavating the line and maintenance and
repair of the line.
1.
"CITY" shall be responsible for the actual excavating,
maintenance and repair of the drainage line.
2.
"EDGEWOOD", upon request by the "CITY", shall pay to
the "CITY" the cost of the expenses of excavating, maintenance
and/or repair.
3.
Payment shall be made on or before thirty (30) days
after receipt of written notice from "CITY" outlining the
expenses.

AGREEMENT
This Agreement, by and between the CITY OF CLERMONT, a
municipal corporation, Lake County, Florida, P. o. Box l20219,
Clermont, Florida 347l2-02l9, "CITY", and EDGEWOOD OAKS, INC.,
a Florida corporation, Clermont, Florida, "EDGEWOOD".
WHEREAS, "EDGEWOOD" is the owner of EDGEWOOD OAKS, a
subdivision in the City of Clermont, Florida, and
WHEREAS, "CITY" maintains certain drainage utility lines
within the subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the parties, by this Agreement, have agreed as to
certain responsibilities regarding the maintenance and repair
of the drainage utility lines,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and
conditions herein stated, the parties agree that in the event of
