WITNESSETH: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, it is agreed
by and between the parties hereto as follows:

Party of the first part agrees to furnish an experienced pryotechnlsts and all labor necessary for said exhibition,
Party of the first part agrees to pay all freight, expenses and cartage charges.
Party of the first part agrees to pay all traveling and other expenses of pyrotechnists and assistants, which may
be necessary for said exhibition.
Party of the first part agrees that in the event of rain or inclement weather a postponement may be made to the
next clear night without additional expenses to the part of the second party, on to be de t ermined.
whichever is more satisfactory to party of the second part.
Party of the second part agrees to furnish and set up rope lines and safeguards for the protection of the public and
property,
Party of the second part agrees to furnish ample police protection to part of the first part for the protection of its
property, and the firing of the exhibition without interference from the public.
Party of the ÖI!8tIsecond part agrees to procure any and all permits or licenses which may be required by the municipal
authorities. ~
, Party of the f8t1ncqnd part agrees to furnish all liability insurance for protection of property and the public as the
parties hereto may deê"ñ'îñecessary. $ 500,000.00 Single Combined Combined coverage.
Quotations, contracts and deliveries are contingent on causes beyond control of party of the first part,
Party of the second part agrees to pay the party of the first part the total sum of $ 2 500 . 00
with $ 1 750 .00 upon signing of this contract and balance of $ 750 00
immediately after this contract has been fulfilled.
