AGREEMENT
This Agreement, by and between the undersigned parties, made and
entered into for the purposes described for and in consideration of the
mutual covenants contained herein:
1.
The parties understand and acknowledge that Nita Place is a
private drive and is not a part of the City of Clermont street system.
2.
The parties hereby grant to the City of Clermont the right to
pass and repass over said Nita Place for the purposes of trash and garbage
collection by City of Clermont Public Works Department.

3.
The parties hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City
of Clermont for any damages occassioned suffered by the City of Clermont
by reason of the substandard nature of the road, or for any damages caused
to the road by virtue of the heavy equipment utilized for trash and garbage
collection.
4.
The City of Clermont agrees to provide garbage and trash collection
according to its rules and procedures to the parties but retains the right
to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) day written notice.
