FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CLERMONT AND
AIR MECHANICAL & SERVICE CORP.
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into as of this 22nd day of December 2022 and is to that
certain Agreement No. 2022-041 dated June 8, 2022, hereinafter "the Agreement", by and between
the CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida whose address is: 685 W. Montrose Street, Clermont, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"CITY" and AIR MECHANICAL & SERVICE CORP., whose address is: 325 Anchor Road,
Casselberry, FL 32707, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR". The parties, in exchange for
the mutual covenants contained herein and in the Agreement, agree as follows:
I . This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement and in the event of a conflict,
the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. In accordance with Article II — The Contract Sum ofthe Agreement, the CITY does
hereby authorize the compensation to be paid hereunder to exceed $50,000 as required by the
CITY for the services and products from CONTRACTOR as requested, approved, and accepted
by the CITY.
3. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shal l remain in full force
and effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment as of the
dates set forth below.
