Services Clarification:
1. Group 11 — Amending Group 11 to clarify Professional Services to include all services such as
IT Staff Augmentation, IT Advisory Services, IT Professional Services (Badged/Non-Badged
Services), Managed Services and Support Services.
2. All other terms and conditions of the above referenced Agreement shall remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
Effective Date of Change: January 5, 2023
Acceptance: On behalf of the undersigned Contractor, I have given careful consideration to this Contract Amendment
and hereby agree to the change(s) and except that as amended herein, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force
and effect.
