FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
ON -CALL AUDIO-VISUAL SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into as of this 27�h day of February 2023 and is to that
certain Agreement No. 2020-60 dated August 25, 2020, hereinafter "the Agreement", by and
between the CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the
State of Florida whose address is: 685 W. Montrose Street, Clermont, Florida, hereinafter referred
to as "CITY" and SHOW MASTERS PRODUCTION LOGISTICS, INC., whose address is: 6340
Lake Worth Boulevard, #302, Fort Worth, Texas 76135, hereinafter referred to as
"CONTRACTOR". The parties, in exchange for the mutual covenants contained herein and in the
Agreement, agree as follows:
1. This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement and in the event of a conflict,
the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. The Compensation Schedule referred to and incorporated into the Agreement is
hereby amended to update the hourly billing rates as more particularly described in Attachment
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
3. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment as of the
dates set forth below.

Hello Freddy,
Contained herein is a proposed rate schedule with pricing adjustments according to the last 28 months of change to
the BLS Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners. That change accounts for a 14.77% increase in our
current pricing. The latest CPI data available is for December 2022 and, from Auguist 2020 as the range start, was
utilized in our calculation.
All field and billing guidelines would remain the same.
We need to do so due to rising costs of living of our employees and the need to remain competitive as an employer
to sustain a level of quality and depth with our service.
We respectfully ask that the City of Clermont consider this request and approve the new rates to enable us to
continue our service with consistency.
