FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
MOWING SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into as of this Wh day of March 2023 and is to that certain
Agreement No. 2022-155 dated January 23, 2023, hereinafter "the Agreement", by and between
the CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida whose address is: 685 W. Montrose Street, Clermont, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"CITY" and Aaron Blake d/b/a A135 ENTERPRICES, whose address is: 11226 Southwind Lake
Dr., Gibsonton, FL 33534 hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR". The parties, in exchange
for the mutual covenants contained herein and in the Agreement, agree as follows:
1. This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement and in the event of a conflict,
the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. The Compensation Schedule referred to and incorporated into the Agreement is
hereby amended to include the additional mowing services at the East Wastewater Treatment Plant
as more particularly described in Attachment "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
3. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment as of the
dates set forth below.

I will charge $600 to maintain the ponds. The service will be bi-monthly in the slow -growing season and
monthly in the fast-growing season. Services will go as listed: February, April, June, July, August,
September, October, and December.

I will charge an additional $40 per service to add the buildings in the rear of the East Wastewater
Treatment plant. That will bring the service charge to $440 per cycle for 29 cycles per year.
