hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, and THE CITY OF CLERMONT, a State of
Florida Municipal Corporation, whose address is 685 W. Montrose St., Clermont, FL
34711, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH:
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the payment of TEN DOLLARS ($10)
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
GRANTOR does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the GRANTEE all of
GRANTOR'S rights, entitlements and interest in the real property described below for
use as public right-of-way and public utility purposes, the property being situate in the
County of Lake, State of Florida, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Skyridge Valley Phase II, Plat Book 45, Page
46, of the Lake County, Florida Official Records thence S 17°53'44" E 832.41' to the
intersection of Line L5 and Curve C3 as shown in Skyridge Valley Phase III Replat Plat
Book 53, Page 88 of the Lake County, Florida Official Records, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A, the Point of Beginning, thence along Curve C3 and Curve
C 12 to the intersection of Curve C 12 and Line 11 thence along Line L 11 to the
intersection of Line L11 and Line L3 thence along Line L3 to the intersection of Line L3
and Curve C9 thence along Curve C9 and Curve C 1 to the intersection of Curve C 1 and
Line L4 then along Line L4 to the intersection of Line L4 and Line L5 thence along line
L5 to the intersection of Line L5 and Curve C3, the Point of Beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said property unto said GRANTEE, its successors
