Dear Mayor Pool:
The Department of Community Affairs and the City of Clermont
currently have a contract (No. 89-LP-15-06-45-02-105, effective
February 15, 1989), relative to the 1988-89 Local Government
Comprehensive Planning Assistance Program.
Section XII on page 4 of the contract provides for amend-
ments through mutual agreement and written correspondence from
the Department. Clermont, in two letters dated October 16, and
October 23, 1989, requested an extension to the contract pursuant
to 9J-26.005(7) , Florida Administrative Code.
Based upon the city's request, the following modification is
made to Section XI (B) of the contract:
(B) All activities performed pursuant to this program shall
be completed on or before November 30, 1989, which includes an
extension pursuant to Rule 9J-26.005(7) , Florida Administrative
Code.
All other provisions of the contract are still in effect and
are to be performed as specified in the contract. This modifica-
tion is effective on October 24, 1989, and is hereby made a part
of the contract. This modification shall be valid with your
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT. HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. RESOURCE PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

signing. If you agree with this modification, please indicate
your concurrence by signing at the appropriate place below, and
returning two original signed copies of this letter. This modi-
