Pool Mayor city of Clermont Post Office Box 219 Clermont, Florida 32711 Re: Modification No.2, Contract No. 88-LP-08-06-45-02-300 Dear Mayor Pool: The Florida Department of Community Affairs and the city of Clermont currently have a contract (No. 88-LP-08-06-45-02-300, effective February 8, 1988), relative to the 1987-88 Local Government Comprehensive Planning Assistance Program. section XII on page 4 of the contract provides for amendments through mutual agreement and written correspondence from the Department. Clermont, in a letter dated September 8, 1988, requested a two-month extension to the contract pursuant to Rule 9J-20.005(7) , Florida Administrative Code. However, this rule allows a maximum extension of one month for local governments whose final products are due October 30, 1988. Based upon the city's request, the following modification is made to section XI(B) of the contract: (B) All activities performed pursuant to this program shall be completed on or before November 30, 1988 which includes an exten- sion pursuant to Rule 9J-20.005(7), Florida Administrative Code. All other provisions of the contract are still in effect and are to be performed as specified in the contract. This modification is effective on September 16, 1988, and is hereby made a part of the contract. This modification shall be valid EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT. HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
