This agreerœnt authorizes Sun Bank, National Association, acting as Agent of the
undersigned to purchase for the account of the undersigned, by ræans of a sales-
repurchase agreement, the following types of marketable securities:

The securities used in a sales-repurchase agreement are safekept by Sun Bank,
National Association and may be substituted with like securities at any tiIre. All
securities are priced daily to assure that the principal and accrued interest value
of the securities are in excess of fOC)nies invested in the transaction. In the event
of a defaulted transaction, custorœrs would lCXJk to the general assets of the bank
for satifaction.
The sales-repurchase agreerœnt will be executed with Sun Bank, National Association
upon instructions of the undersigned by telephone or in person, and confirmation by
letter for each such purchase. Sun Bank, National Association is authorized to
charge t.l1e account ( s) of the undersigned in payrœnt of such purchases and issue to
the undersigned advices of such charges, as follows:
