GENERAL RELEASE
WHEREAS, the undersigned has made a claim against the CITY OF CLERMONT,
a municipal corporation, for damages allegedly incurred in an incident involving
a dog owned by claimant and,
WHEREAS, claimant has agreed to accept the sum of $ 250.00
as full com-
pensation for the alleged damages and to grant to the CITY OF CLERMONT a general
release and full discharge for any and all damages allegedly occasioned by the
above referenced incident.
NOW, THEREFORE, inconsideration of the sum of $ 250.00
the undersigned
hereby releases and fully discharges the CITY OF CLERMONT from any and all damages
and/or liability claimant may have suffered as a direct or indirect result of
the above referenced incident.
