CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING P
OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 122 OF ORDINANCE N
289-C, CODE OF ORDINANCES; REZONING THE REAL PROPERTIES DESCRIB D
HEREIN AS SHOWN BELOW, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1:
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida referred to in Chapter 122'of
Ordinance No.289-C, Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described
property as shown:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Beginning at the South'/4 corner of Section 10, Township 23 South, Range 26 East, Lake Countly,
Florida, thence run S 89°56'58" E along the South line of the Southeast'/4 of said Section 10 fot' a
distance of 1394.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run N 00°03'02" E for a distance of
190.00 feet; thence run N 89°56'58" W for a distance of 3.88 feet to the beginning of anon-tangent
curve concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 25.00 feet and a chord bearing of N 44°48' 17" VIJ;
thence run Northwesterly along the arc of said curve for a distance of 39.40 feet through a centraal
angle of 90°17'22" to the end of said curve; thence run N 00°20'24"E for a distance of 114.88 feet;
thence run S 89°56'58" E for a distance of 158.09 feet; thence run N 00°03'02" E for a distance of
140.00 feet; thence run N 89°56'58" W for a distance of 132.51 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave to the Southeast and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence run Southwesterly along tl~e

SECTION 2:
All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3:
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance,
except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section maybe inseparable in meaning aid
effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4:
The provisions of this ordinance shall be effective as provided by law.
