RESOLUTION
NO. 1486
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT
ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR USE OF CLERMONT PARKS AND
RECREATION FACILITIES AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont pursuant to its authority as a municipal corporation under the laws
of the State of Florida, has the authority to establish and collect fees for the use of certain public parks and
facilities owned and maintained by the City of Clermont; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of fees as set forth herein, is in the best interest of the citizens of the City
of Clermont and the efficient and appropriate operation of the City's Parks and Recreation Facilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida, as
follows:
Section 1.
The City Council does hereby adopt the fee schedule as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The schedule in its entirety shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk and shall be
available for public review as reasonably appropriate.
• Section 2.
Any resolution previously adopted by the City Council and in conflict herewith is hereby repealed to the
extent of the conflict.
Section 3.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.

or business owner in the City of Clermont. The fee will not apply to
registrants of unincorporated area if subsidized by Lake County.
