Dear Ms. Ackroyd:
Thank you for speaking with Donny Barstow, General Manager, recently regarding the upgrade of your
current Laserfiche System to Version 7. As you know from our previous correspondence, LaserFiche is
treating the release of Version 7 as any other update; therefore, if you are currently on Version 6 and your
LSAP is current, you will receive Version 7 from LaserFiche at no additional charge.
However, due to the enhancements that Version 7 includes, the upgrade will be more involved than previous
software updates, requiring migration of Version 6 data as well as training on new features and a review of
the cosmetic changes to the interface. Thus, MCCi technical staff will be required onsite for the majority of
our clients. We expect the migration and training to take one day (8 hours) for most system configurations.

Note: Upgrade of LaserFiche system to Version 7 will be performed at the same time when the
Planning and Zoning Department will be added to the City of Clermont.
PAYMENT & BILLING TERMS
MCCi will invoice fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount upon scheduling of installation.
Balance will be invoiced and billed upon completion of installation. Payment will be due upon receipt of
an invoice.
