The OWNER has considered the BID submitted by you for the above-described work in
response to its Advertisement for Bids dated Ma~22, 2005 and May 31, 2005 and
Information for Bidders.
You are hereby notified that your BID has been accepted for items in the amount of
$ 143 572 00 (for Lift Stations E-15 E-2 and E-9) at this time with the option of adding
Lift Station 21 for the amount $37 024.00 and Lift Station E-3 for the amount $40,872.00
no later than December 31, 2005.
You are required to execute the Agreement and furnish the required copy of your State of
Florida Contractors Licenses and a current Insurance Certificate as stated in the General
Requirements within ten 10 calendar days from the date of this notice to you.
If you fail to execute said Agreement and to furnish said Licenses and Insurance
Certificate within ten days of the date of this notice, said OWNER will entitled to
• consider all you rights arising out of the OWNER'S acceptance of you BID as
abandoned and as a forfeiture of your BID. The OWNER will be entitled to such other
rights as may be granted by law.
You are required to return an acknowledged copy of this NOTICE OF AWARD to the
OWNER.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 1st day of July 2005 by and
between City of Clermont hereinafter called "OWNER" and Specific
Rehabilitation Company, Inc. (SPERCO) doing business as (an individual), or
(a partnership), or (a corporation) hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR".
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements
hereinafter mentioned:
Article l: The CONTRACTOR will commence and complete the project Lift Station
Renovation.
Article 2: The CONTRACTOR will furnish all material, supplies, tools, equipment,
labor and other services necessary for the construction and completion of the project
described herein.
Article 3: The CONTRACTOR will commence the work required by the Contract
Documents within TEN (10) calendar days after the date of the NOTICE TO
PROCEED and will complete the same within Ninety (90) calendar days unless
the period for completion is extended otherwise by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
The CONTRACTOR further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the some of One
• Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per calendar day beyond the date of completion.
Article 4: The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all of the work described in the
Contract Documents and comply with the terms therein for the sum of One hundred
forty three thousand five hundred seventy two dollars ($143,572.00) for Lift Stations E-
15 E-2 and E-9 at this time with the option of adding Lift Stations 21 for the amount
thirty seven thousand twenty four dollars ($37,024.00) and Lift Station E-3 for the
amount forty thousand eight hundred and seventy two dollars ($40,872.00) no later than
December 31, 2005.
Article 5: The term "CONTRACT DOCUMENTS" means and includes the Following:

• Article 6. The OWNER will pay to the Contractor in the manner and at such times as set
forth in the General Conditions as required by the Contract Documents. All payments by
OWNER shall be made in lawful monies of the United States to
Specific Rehabilitation Co., Inc., dba SPERCO
Article 7. This agreement shall be binding upon all parties hereto and their respective
heir, executors, administrator, successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed, or caused to be executed
by their duly authorized officials, this Agreement in (~ copies, each of which shall be
