RENEWAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND
THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR
A SHERIFF'S SUBSTATION AT
822 Desoto Street, Clermont, Florida
This is a Renewal to Lease Agreement between Lake County, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY" through its Board of County
Commissioners, and the City of Clermont, its successors and assigns, hereinafter the "LANDLORD."
WHEREAS, on December 3, 2002, the parties did enter into a one year lease agreement with three
one (1) year renewals to lease property located at 882 Desoto Street, Clermont, for the purpose of a sheriff
substation; and
WHEREAS, the third renewal period shall expire November 30, 2006, and the parties desire to
renew the lease on a month-to-month term.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and representations
herein, the parties agree as follows:
Section 1. Oation to Renew.
A. The original Agreement dated December 3, 2002, and subsequent three one (1) year renewals valid
through November 30, 2006, shall be renewed on a month-to-month term effective December 1,
2006.
B. The lease rate shall remain at the same pricing and terms as reflected in Section 1.B of the Renewal
Lease effective December 1, 2005, in the amount of $2,185.46 per month.
Section 2. Other Provisions. All other provisions of the original Agreement dated December 3, 2002
shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this Contract on the
respective dates under each signature: COUNTY, Lake County, Florida, through its Chairman, and the City
of Clermont, through its duly authorized representative to execute same.
