AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, REFERRED TO IN
CHAPTER 122 OF ORDINANCE NO. 289-C, CODE OF ORDINANCES;
REZONING THE REAL PROPERTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN AS SHOWN
BELOW, PROVIDING .FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1:
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida referred to in Chapter 122 of
Ordinance No.289-C, Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described
properly as shown:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That part of Section 6, Township 23 South, Range 26 East, Lake County, Florida, described as
follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of said Section 6, thence run S89°14'50"E along the North
line of OVERLOOK AT LAKE LOUISA -PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 58, Pages 31 through 34, and the North line of OVERLOOK AT LAKE LOUISA -
PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 25 though 30, of the
Public Records of Lake County, Florida, 1322.21 feet to the Northwest corner of said OVERLOOK
AT LAKE LOUISA -PHASE 1; thence run N00°35' 18"E along the West line of Tracts 34, 47, 50
and 63 MONTE VISTA PARK FARMS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 27 of said Public Records and the Northerly and Southerly prolongations thereof 2566.08 feet
to the South line of the South Clermont Connector as described in Official Records Book 2592, Page
1751 of said Public Records; thence run S88°20'35"E along said South line 976.84 feet; thence
S89°21'02"E along said South line 342.34 feet to the East line of the Southeast'/4 of said Section 6;
thence S00°31'00"W along said East line 2551.30 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

SECTION 2:
All Ordinances or parts of this Ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3:
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction,
such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the
extent that the entire section or part of the section maybe inseparable in meaning and effect from the
section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4:
The provisions of this ordinance shall be effective as provided by law.
