AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 29 day of Aug st 2007 by and between City of
Clermont_ hereinafter called "OWNER" and H & H Cleaning; Services, Inc. doing business as
(an individual), or (a partnership), or (a corporation) hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR".
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter
mentioned:
Article 1: The CONTRACTOR will commence work possibly TBA September 21, 2007.
Article 2: The CONTRACTOR will furnish all material, supplies, tools, equipment, labor and
other services necessary for the Janitorial Services Contract.
Article 3: The CONTRACTOR will commence the work required by the Contract Documents
October 1, 2007.
Article 4: The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all of the work described in the Contract
Documents and comply with the terms therein for the sum of monthly payments of: Eleven
Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars and Ninety Five Hundredths ($11 869.95
Article 5: The term "CONTRACT DOCUMENTS" means and includes the Following:

Article 6. This agreement shall be binding upon all parties hereto and their respective heir,
executors, administrator, successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed, or caused to be executed by their
duly authorized officials, this Agreement
in 4 (No. of copies), each of which shall be deemed an original on the date first written above.
