RESOLUTION
NO. 1555
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT
ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR DUPLICATION CHARGES AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clermont pursuant to its authority as a municipal corporation under the laws
of the State of Florida, has the authority to establish and collect fees for duplication charges unless
specifically prescribed by state law; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of fees as set forth herein, are based on the actual cost of duplication of the
public record,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Clermont, Florida, as
follows:
Section 1.
The City Council does hereby adopt the fee schedule as set forth hereto and incorporated herein. The
schedule in its entirety shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public review as
reasonably appropriate.

Section 2.
Any resolution previously adopted by the City Council and in conflict herewith is hereby repealed to the
extent of the conflict.
Section 3.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
DONE AND RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA THIS 8T" DAY OF JANUARY 2008.
