Mobile, portable, and dispatch control stations will be distributed to AGENCIES as set forth in Exhibit B. All communications equipment furnished by the COUNTY to the AGENCIES under this Agreement shall be purchased by the COUNTY and shall remain the property of the COUNTY. AGENCIES hereby agree that any communications equipment provided by the COUNTY to the AGENCIES that is damaged or destroyed while within the custody of an AGENCY shall be repaired or replaced at the AGENCY' S cost. Section 4. Compatibility of Communications Equipment. AGENCIES may purchase additional equipment, upgrades, and accessories from Motorola for use on the system; provided, however, that all equipment shall be approved prior to being purchased by the COUNTY'S Public Safety Department, Communications Division, to ensure compatibility with the system and the developed operational performance templates.
