AN ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF-ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CLOSING AND PERMANENTLY
ABANDONING THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH FIFTEEN (15) FEET OF THE
RIGHT-OF-WAY WHICH LIES ADJACENT TO AND IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF
TRACT 11, LAKE IlIGHLANDS COMPANY, IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH,
RANGE 26 EAST, LAKE COUNTY FLORIDA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION AND PROVIDING FOR AN 'EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1:

That any and all ofthe North fifteen (15) feet of Right-of-Way located within the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida as hereinafter described is hereby closed and permanently
abandoned:
Any and all of the North fifteen (15) feet of Right-of-Way which lies adjacent to and
immediately south of Tract 11 shown on the plat of Lake Highlands Company, in Section 20,
Township 22 South, Range 26 East, Lake County, Florida
SECTION 2:
This closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida and the general laws of the State df'Florida.
SECTION 3:
All ordinances or parts of thisordiriance it) ¡conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 4:
Should any section or part of this section be declared invaJid by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance,
except to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning
and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.
First Reading this 12th day of August 2003.
Second Reading this 26th day of August, 2003.
