MISCELLANEOUS ORDINANCE
NO. 470-M
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING A
RATE SCHEDULE FOR RE-USE WATER SERVICE, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1. RE-USE WATER CHARGE:
Thirty cents ($.30) per 1,000 gallons of usage,
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any sec;tionør part of this section l?e declared invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such adjudicatio~s' shall not apply or affect any
other pr()vi~¡"o~ö~¡~hisordin~nce'~~rep~¡t() th~extent that the entire section
or part of the secti~~may be, inseparaBleij-tmeaning and effect from the
section to which such holdîng~hall apply.'

SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law and
take effect July 08,2003.
First Reading this 24th day of June, 2003,
