AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 9th
day of April, 1985
between LIEF C. ZETTERLAND (referred to as "Grantor in that
particular Easement Agreement entered into between LIEF C.
ZETTERLAND and the City of Clermont on March 11, 1985), and the
_City of Clermont referred to as "Grantee" in that particular
Easement Agreement entered into between LIEF C. ZETTERLUND and
the City of Clermont on March 11, 1985).
IN CONSIDERATION of that grant of easement described above and
those mutual benefits flowing therefrom, and in consideration of
inducing the sale of the serviant real estate owned by Grantor to
DARRYL A. and CHRISTINE A. LADD, the parties agree hereto as follows:
1. The City of Clermont agrees to be wholly responsible
for maintenance and or repairs arising from the use
of said easement.
2. The City of Clermont shall provide for the extension
of the drainage pipe into the lake.
THIS AGREEMENT is binding upon all heirs, assigns and successors
of the parties herein.
