THIS AGREEMENT,
by and between ARTHUR H. SVEBERG and CLARICE
O. SVEBERG, his wife; and WALTER HOFFMAN and CAROL HOFFMAN, his
wife; and QUADIR B. KAHN and ROQUIA KAHN, his wife, hereinafter
referred to as 1I0WNERSII.and the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida,
a municipal corporation:

WHEREAS, the OWners own certain real property i~ the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, described as:
The North 572 feet of the South 667.59 feet of
Tract 34, Section 19, Township 22 South, Range
26 East, according to the Plat of Property of
Lake Highlands Co., recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 38, Public Records of Lake County, Florida,
lying West of U.S. Highway 27.
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed upon the conditions and covenants
herein stated,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants between
the parties and other good and valuable considerations, the parties
agree
1. The South 190 feet of the above-described property may be
sold at this time and improvements placed thereon subject to applicable
ordinances of the City of Clermont.
2. Prior to the sale of any part or all of the balance of the
property, or the placing of improvements thereon, the Owners shall
subdivide., according to applicable ordinances of the City of Clermont,
the entire parcel, including in such subdivision plat, the property
